The Inn is from the beginning a part of a farm, beautifully situated in the vast forest of the region called Småland, rich in history of past wars between Denmark and Sweden.

The name Sågknorren Inn comes from a combination of all we do; we own a sawmill and are pig farmers in addition to running the Inn.

Our farm also has a few cows and each spring there are new calves that will stay with their mom the entire summer.

Our own hens produce all the eggs we need and there is also a dog and several cats.

On our property you will find several lakes, rich with fish and other animals, and plenty of space for rest and relaxation.
